The first thing I thought of when I saw this photograph was the idea of permanence. While the tree and house are perfectly still and always present here, the person gleefully jumping is transient. It makes me think about how temporary I am within my environment -- For me, the passing of time embodied within this photograph expresses the fleeting nature of our existence.
I love the vibrant color in this image. The relationship between the trees/grass and her shirt as well as between the brick and her skirt is very appealing. I think it really helps the mood of the dancing girl with joy on her face.
